Ready for the private energy revolution: With our Fronius GEN24* inverter at the heart of their private photovoltaic system, households can produce their own energy sustainably and inexpensively. The Fronius GEN24 Plus hybrid inverter even enables a battery storage system to be used, providing complete energy self-sufficiency for electricity, heating, cooling, and e-mobility, even at night.
While the Fronius GEN24 offers an integrated basic backup power supply in the form of the PV Point, the Fronius GEN24 Plus** can also provide a comprehensive Full Backup power supply via a connected battery storage system.

The inverter with flexible backup power options
Backup power for every situation
Your energy supply must be reliable. That’s why the Fronius GEN24 offers an integrated basic backup power supply. Backup power is supplied to connected devices up to 3 kW via the PV Point socket, as long as the sun is shining.
With the PV Point and Full Backup*, the Fronius GEN24 Plus offers two backup power options: a power supply for loads of up to 3 kW via a single socket and a backup power supply for the entire home, including large, three-phase loads such as heat pumps.
* The Full Backup option is not available for the Fronius Symo GEN24 3.0–5.0 Plus. For Full Backup, a battery and a switching device for safe grid disconnection are required in addition to the inverter.

The smart device design combined with our intelligent software enables fast and flexible installation and delivers optimum yields, even when the PV modules are in the shade. What’s more, the integrated active cooling extends the service life of the inverters, securing your customers’ investment.
Built-in freedom
The Fronius GEN24 and Fronius GEN24 Plus were developed to enable you to make your customers' energy self-sufficiency as individual as possible. That is why both inverters have open interfaces. This makes the integration and control of components from Fronius or third-party providers particularly straightforward. An integrated and intelligent load management system efficiently uses surplus PV power by prioritising consumers such as heat pumps, pool pumps or wallboxes and controlling them as needed.
